Now qat Vienna, home of strauss  and of cou8rse austrians. Great hotel used to be the guestb house of the royal prince so he could let his friends stays there- Very ornate and 1800s vintage. Two  days ago  had <a great get on the grog ride in  a buggy thtrough the forest and villages ofa a swiss town. Drank snapps and champagne and went to locaö pub formore drinks. lots oflaughter- Great area to livce in Meredith in Beanie and gloves cold. Saw farmhouse from 1400s still used. Yesterday went to Eagles Nest in Germany where  adolf hitler had his meeting place 6000ft up on top of a mountain hence the name. All original including anj ornate venetian glasslift and the fireplace etc that he used to stand in front of. Great photos.

Salzberg alsö yesterday saw< Mozart birthplace and  läöts  of old buildings and towns. Heps of hundre3ds of y4ears old catherdrals abd buildings. Great market place sellers of flowers, fruits, cheeses and everything else. Spending lopts of money but enjoying everything. Having trouble remembering what we did every day as fitting everything in. Thank goodness for diaries and photos. Today we are off around the city for a bit of a tour and then tonight heading into the vienna woods for a meal with copious amounts of drink to listen to a concert with no doubt a bit of strauss and cvlassicaol music should be a great setting for that. Tomorrow off to Assissi Italy for some more culture and sights. Thinking of a swim this sfternoon in the royal indoor pool followed by a sauna. Eating löts ofchockies when in other countries have to do as they do. Got the hang of using a bidet. Very funny as löong as<you siton it correctly.
