trip day 6
hi all  this is being sent from switzerland on thursday 10th august     we are in  Lucerne.    This morning we went up Mt  Paliatus 7000ft above the city.  4degreesC   Abvsolutely awe inspiring.  The ciowbells have us intrigued.   Are looking at bringing one home.  Had fondue for lunch at a special luncheon weith Swiss yodelling and singing etc.  Bit cheesy but good fun.  We are staying in a little village in the hills  / Endelberg .  in a one hundred year old hotel.  

Yesterdaz we drove thriough the Black Forest from Germany.  Famous for Cuckoo clocks and black forest cake.  yummy.  Had some cake but didnt buy a clock as we can look and listen to the Payards clock for free.  we were tempted to purchase a more modern one, however, too heavy to carry for 3 months...... the Rheinfalls where we had lunch was beautiful.

We love Switzerland... the houses the landscape.... wow....   we are having a ball...
Tomorrow we head off to Leichenstein and then into Austria.  will catch upn a couple of dazs

Was great to talk to Lys and Jen today.  We love you both heaps.  Keep well.
